Over the years, I have realised that founders are generally domain experts – in software, product design, engineering and that experience has led them to innovation and product development. However, they don’t have expertise in business – which is a skill in itself. That is where I can come in, working with CEO’s and C Teams to grow the business to the next level.
I have successfully gotten products to market in sectors ranging from FinTech, Sports, Energy Management and Hardware/Construction around the globe – Europe, Africa, Asia, LatAm and North America.
For accelerators, I also mentor Start Ups/Scale Ups and have worked with Techstars, NDRC (in Ireland) and Village Capital.
I also provide Non-Executive Director services.
